serial #55296, 25 WCF, 28" No. 1 weight octagon barrel with an excellent bore. This rifle retains lots of original finish. The barrel retains 97% original blue and the action retains 95% bright original color case-hardened finish. The plain walnut stocks rate excellent with 95% original finish remaining and with one stable crack on right side at action. The barrel of this rifle unfortunately has two added dovetails which are cut through the barrel address and through the caliber marking, the rear sight is missing, standard front sight is present. An original replacement barrel of proper configuration would greatly improve this minty little rifle. (3452-2) {ANTIQUE} (1200/1600)
