171. Cylinder and Slide Springfield Armory XD Tactical Pistol
serial # US648671, 45 ACP, 5" barrel with an excellent bore. This custom pistol is not your typical XD. In like new condition it has had the following work performed on it: the barrel has been re-crowned to 11 degrees, the barrel hood has been jeweled, the feed ramps have been polished and contoured, radius and tension extractor, trigger guard hook removed, trigger guard hand stippled, 360 degree wrap-around stippling, take down lever carry beveled, install beavertail, front slide cocking serrations, rear slide serrations, low profile Bo-Mar adjustable rear and Novak front installed, trigger smoothed and overtravel reduced, and then the slide was refinished with the custom shop's name and logo etched in to it. This extensive customization totals over $1400 in parts and labor. This pistol can be seen on Cylinder and Slide's web sight under the XD custom sections. Included are three thirteen round magazines, the original Springfield box, Kydex holster, magazine pouch, and loading tool, cleaning tool, and allen wrench.
