The receiver retains about 65% thinning original blue finish with some light oxidation and the balance bearing a brown patina. The hammer retains mellowed original case-color while the lever shows a brownish gray patina with light surface oxidation and strong original case-color in protected areas. The lightly sanded and nicely refinished straight grip walnut buttstock rates near excellent.
