Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless Pistol with U.S. Property Markings
serial #565848, 32 ACP, 3 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This pistol has 97% of the original parkerized finish remaining which has silvered slightly at the muzzle and along some of the projecting edges, mostly on the slide. A crisp ordnance wheel stamp is visible behind the safety and large "U.S. PROPERTY" marking is present on the frame above the trigger on the right side. The checkered wood Colt medallion grips are in fine shape and exhibit only some very minor flattening of the points, mostly on the right side panel. A single blued magazine is included.
