serial #7428, 348 WCF, 24" barrel with a bright excellent bore. This is a very fine long tang deluxe rifle. The barrel and magazine retain 97% strong original blue finish with one small patch of light surface corrosion on right side near muzzle which has had a small amount of cold blue added. The action retains 98% brilliant original blue finish with one small patch of pitting on top right side near bolt. The checkered pistol grip walnut buttstock and forend rate excellent plus with virtually all of their original finish and hardly any handling marks. Rifle is equipped with correct Lyman bolt peep sight, rear slot is filled with blank and hood remains in place on ramp front sight. Original sling swivels are present.
