serial #922978, 30 W.C.F., 20" nickel steel barrel with a bright excellent bore. This 1923 manufactured carbine is very fine condition and includes its original factory assembly shop tag. The barrel and full length magazine tube retain 99% original blue finish. The action retains about 85% original blue finish with the loss due to flaking. The areas of the metal where the finish has flaked off have gained a pleasing dark grayish brown patina. The straight grip walnut buttstock and forend rate excellent.
