serial #36445, 20 ga., 28" damascus steel barrels with fixed cylinder and improved cylinder chokes and cleaned bores that have moderate pitting their entire length. The barrels are a brownish gray patina with some scattered specks of rust and about 50% original damascus patterned remaining. The remaining metal surfaces have border engraving as well as a small scene on the left side with a duck in flight. These metal surfaces bear a light brownish gray mix with similar specks of surface rust. The checkered round knob pistol grip walnut buttstock and splinter style forend rate very good with handling marks and a small chip missing at the forend tip. Some sections of the moderately warn checkering pattern have been rechased. This shotgun features crystal indicators and still locks up rather tight. (2088-2) {C&R} (800/1000) SOLD FOR $747.50 |
