serial #1499280, 30 W.C.F., 24" barrel with an excellent bore. The receiver and forend cap on this 1948 manufactured rifle retain 99% of what could pass for as factory re added blue finish with a few very light specks of pitting on the left side of the receiver. The remaining metal surfaces retain 98% original blue finish. The capped and checkered pistol grip walnut buttstock and forend rate near excellent with light handling marks.
