serial #5058, 45 Colt, 6 1/2" barrel with an excellent bore. This revolver is one of 691 1st Model, Triple-Lock frames which overlapped into the 2nd Model serial number range, and has matching numbers on the barrel, .45 Colt converted cylinder, and extractor. The revolver is extensively British proofed and retains about 90-95% of the original blue with numerous scattered small handling marks along the lower portion of the frame and along the barrel shroud and front sight blade. Strong original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. There is gray fading present on the muzzle, spots along the barrel itself, on raised edges, and along the backstrap. The diamond center, checkered medallion grips are unnumbered on the interior and have some flattening to the points with numerous small handling marks around the butt. This is a very good-fine Triple-Lock Smith overall. (2076-19) {C&R} (1000/2000) SOLD FOR $1840.00
