German K43 Rifle by Walther

serial #7058b, 8mm, 22" barrel with an excellent bore.  This late war "ac/ 45" coded rifle retains 96% of the original blued finish on the barrel, receiver and bolt carrier, the bolt, triggerguard, front sight and barrel band retain 97% original dull phosphate finish.  Rifle has matching numbers on the bolt, bolt carrier, firing pin assembly and both locking lugs.  The laminate wooden stock features a Waffenamt marking on the pistolgrip.  Condition rates very good overall showing a layer of added finish but no other detractions to speak of.  Rifle comes with an "aye" coded magazine and a cleaning rod.  A fine late war K43.  (2058-6) {C&R}            (1800/2200) SOLD FOR $2185.00
