serial #11926SA, 38 Spl., 7 1/2" barrel with a bright excellent bore. This Post World War II second year of manufacture revolver (1957) is in excellent condition overall. The frame retains all of its strong original color case hardening. The remaining metal surfaces retain 98% original blue finish with the loss located primarily on the left side at the muzzle, the tip of the ejector rod housing, and very light cylinder stop wear. The side whites of the hammer show some light staining. The checkered hard rubber grips are numbered to the revolver and rate excellent.
