Ruger Flattop Blackhawk SIngle Action Revolver

serial #23236, 44 Mag., 6 1/2" barrel with an excellent bore.  This late 1950s or early 60s manufactured 3 screw revolver is known as a factory second due to a pit in the casting located on the recoil shield.  During the manufacturing process, the factory filled this pit by welding. They inadvertently used stainless steel and this  section would not take the factory blue finish.  The remaining metal surfaces retain 99% original blue finish.  The smooth walnut grips with black ruger eagle medallions rate excellent.
