serial #30, 358 Win., 22" barrel with an excellent bore. This first year of manufacture rifle (1968) has a caliber marking that appears to be hand stamped rather than roll marked. This rifle is likely a pre-production or custom chambered rifle that Stan Terhune ordered or had given to him, due to his position with the firm. This rifle includes two complete bolt assemblies in both the flat bolt configuration and later round knob style. Both bolts are serial numbered to the rifle. The metal surfaces retain 99% plus original blue finish. The checkered pistol grip walnut stock with early factory recoil pad by Mershon rates excellent. The scope rings are not present. A very rare, likely one-of-a-kind rifle. (2027-97) [Stan Terhune Collection] (1500/2000) SOLD FOR $2300.00
