52 caliber, 32 5/8" barrel with a bright excellent bore. This is a very nice Hall rifle. The breechblock bears proper markings and is dated 1834. The barrel, action and stock furniture all retain a pleasing mix of original brown finish and patina. The breechblock retains most of its dark oil quenched case hardened finish. There is virtually no pitting present anywhere on the rifle. The stock is of walnut and has turned to a rich dark color with nice edges and a fair number of surface dents and dings. This is a very fine Hall that saw little if any real use. (1938-5) {ANTIQUE} (2500/3500) SOLD FOR $2300.00
