serial #C154422, 45 ACP, 5" barrel with a bright excellent bore. Metal surfaces on this early 1911A1 retain about 99% original blue, with only slight wear on the sharp edges. The fully checkered walnut grips rate excellent, the left grip has been flat-topped and does not extend over the slide stop plunger housing. The gun includes one original two-tone magazine and the bottom of the barrel is marked only with a capital "S". An absolutely lovely example of this 1928 manufactured auto.
