serial #156786, 38 Colt, 4 1/2" barrel with a near excellent bore showing only minor pitting near the throat end. Barrel, cylinder and grip frame retain about 90% original fading blue, most of wear being on ejector rod housing and cylinder, there is some very minor oxidation staining on the cylinder. The frame retains about 97% original case colors. The fire temper on trigger and hammer spine is very good, with minor staining on the sides of the hammer. The checkered hard rubber Rampant Colt grips rate very good and excellent. Gun is mechanically functional and times and locks up well.
