German P.35 High Power Pistol by F.N.
serial #66078, 9mm, 4 21/32" barrel with a very good bore. This is a Type II pistol which is outfitted with a tangent sight but does not have a stock slot and retains 90% plus of the original blue with the balance turning to a mellow plum color. There is some mild silvering present along some of the raised edges as well as some light freckling visible along the rear sight range scale. All of the numbers are matching and there are crisp Waffenamt marks throughout. The checkered wooden grips have their original finish remaining and exhibit some scattered flattening to some of the points. The pistol comes with two Waffenamt marked magazines and are both numbered to the gun on the baseplates ("1./66078" and "2./66078"). This is a fine occupation made pistol which would make a great addition to any World War II collection. (1898-173) {C&R} (1000/1500) |
